Shipping Costs

• Free shipping on orders over 700 SEK.

• For orders under 700 SEK, a shipping fee will be added.

Delivery Time

• Your order will be shipped within 1–3 business days.

• Delivery time is normally 2–5 business days depending on your location.

• We use PostNord to ensure reliable delivery.

• Packages are delivered directly to your door via postal letter (varubrev).

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If something isn't right, we offer an easy return process.

Return Policy

• You have the right to return goods within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Products must be in unused condition and in their original packaging.

How to Make a Return

• The return shipping label should be in the package; if not, please contact us.

• Pack the goods securely and include the order confirmation or a note with your name and order number.

• Drop off the package at your nearest shipping agent.

Return Shipping Cost

• Returns cost 39 SEK, which will be deducted from your refund.

• If you return a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Refund

• We will process your return within 7 business days after we receive the item.

• The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
